Georgia’s expanded medical cannabis law, SB 220, the Putting Georgia’s Patients First Act, took effect July 1, as reported by the Georgia Recorder. It replaces the “low THC oil” label with “medical cannabis,” swaps a 5% THC product cap for a 12,000-milligram possession limit, and adds lupus as a qualifying condition.
