While there is not currently a grow operation or legal facility in which to purchase this medication it is certainly a start and a panel is being organized to start building the needed infrastructure to enable patients to easily obtain the medication they need. Patients are required to have a prescription from their doctors in order to obtain the medicinal oil.
This is a great start for legalization in South Carolina and we can only hope further breakthroughs will allow the medication to be used legally as a remedy for many other illnesses.
