UPDATE: Collier County Planning Commission has voted unanimously to not move forward with allowing medical marijuana dispensaries in unincorporated Collier County. The Commission voted 6-0 Thursday, citing a lack of information.

The vote will now carry to the County Commission, set for an October 11th vote. If the vote is tabled due to a further lack of information, it will be voted on October 25th.
