The hopes are this law will save the lives of children suffering from similar conditions. There have been a large number of those suffering from grand mal seizures as many as 100 in a day or more. Patients that have been treated with cannabis oil’s have shown great improvement nearly instantaneously.
If passed this would give paitents a legal means of obtaining their medication.
“Since she started the CBD oil she was able to reduce 88 percent of her pharmaceutical medications. She’s thriving in her therapy. She’s more interactive. She’s just an overall very happy girl,” said Swanson.
With CBD oil, her life is happier she is able to thrive in a variety of things that she does,” said Swanson
Lawmakers are re-working the bill now in hopes that they can allow access to the drug by patients suffering from more than just seizures.
