Doctors in many other states however have had only positive results with this treatment and at this time reports have not shown any danger in administering CBD oil as a treatment for epilepsy. The hospital plans to conduct patient studies early next year but claims they are not likely to recommend the drug regardless of the results. Without FDA approval it seems many states are likely to have similar issues with this form of treatment, unfortunately until the laws change many patients will be unable to obtain treatment.
