Lawmakers in Wisconsin failed to vote on a bill earlier this year that would make it possible for new patients to access CBD oil in the state. While CBD oil currently legal in the state of Wisconsin unfortunately the law was written in a way that makes it nearly impossible for patients to obtain the drug for treatment. Many family have already begun to move away from the state in hopes of finding legal treatment elsewhere.

This means that patients in Wisconsin are highly unlikely to see any amendments to this law until sometime next year potentially risking the lives of children and adults alike who desperately need this medication to survive. Several children have already passed away while waiting for law makers to catch up to this drug and try to find a way to regulate it.
