The legislation, HB 1805, is slated for a House floor vote on Tuesday, according to a report from online cannabis news resource Marijuana Moment.

If passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, the bill would legalize more potent medicinal cannabis products than currently allowed and open the state’s medical marijuana program, one of the nation’s strictest, to more patients.
