FDA Issues Warnings to CBD Sales Websites 0

The Food and Drug Administration has issued warnings to several websites selling CBD products. The companies will be required to either fix the wording on their website or remove the products completely. FDA has concluded that CBD products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(ff)(3)(B)(ii)].
